Irvin Laxineta President

As a licensed contractor since 1957, Irvin’s experience and expertise is well documented by the many projects he has undertaken. These projects include single, affordable, and market-rate multi-family residential, senior citizens facilities, both residential affordable and public recreational facilities, office buildings, shopping centers, schools, financial institutions, and many more. In addition to overseeing construction activities, Irvin is in charge of the marketing program of the company, including pre-construction services.

Gerald W. Hart Senior Vice President

After graduating from McGill University with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1961, Gerald spent the next several years as a project architect on the staff of the City of Montreal Architect’s office. He then entered private practice in 1965, designing apartment buildings and completing commercial design-build projects and real estate. Immigrating to the US in 1971, Gerald became a licensed general contractor and joined the company in 1972, where he was involved in the full range of construction management. Currently, he is responsible for the contractual and administrative aspects of the company’s activities.

Louis Laxineta Vice President

Louis began his construction career as a carpenter and then became a carpenter foreman. He ran a framing crew and later worked as a superintendent and project manager on numerous commercial and multi-residential projects. He presently oversees and supervises the project management and field operations. Louis is dedicated to providing efficient, professional service and to producing finished buildings that fulfill the expectations of their owners, architects, and occupants.
